GRP Water Tank

Glass Fiber Reinforced GRP modular water tanks are produced by curing the sheets consisting of unsaturated composite reinforced with chopped glass fiber by hot pressing method under high pressure and temperature. Panels are manufactured in high-tonnage presses in molds heated to 150 ⁰C. Thanks to the mold and manufacturing technology used, both sides of the panels produced are smooth, fully cured and durable, covered with glass fiber.

Aquasan GRP panels are resistant to UV rays and do not allow algae to form in the tank as they do not transmit light. Extra thermal insulation can be applied to GRP panels upon request in areas with extremely hot and extremely cold weather conditions. Thermal insulation is provided by covering the panel surface with polyurethane foam. The insulation material used does not contain CFC and HCFC. It does not harm nature.

Why GRP Water Tank?

The raw materials of GRP tanks are chopped glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin. GRP Panels are very durable because they are produced by hot pressing. It is long-lasting and has a minimum lifespan of 50 years.
Since GRP panels have low heat conduction and are impermeable to UV rays, they can be easily installed in open areas. It can be installed in very cold and very hot environments. The insulation coefficient is very high.
Its compliance with food regulations has been proven by laboratory reports. UV rays insulation max. Therefore, it does not create algae and bacteria. It is more hygienic than all other warehouses.
