Glass Fiber Reinforced GRP modular water tanks are produced by curing the sheets consisting of unsaturated composite reinforced with chopped glass fiber by hot pressing method under high pressure and temperature. Panels are manufactured in high-tonnage presses in molds heated to 150 0C. Thanks to the mold and manufacturing technology used, both sides of the panels produced are smooth, fully cured and durable, covered with glass fiber.
Aquasan GRP panels are resistant to UV rays and do not allow algae to form in the tank as they do not transmit light. Extra thermal insulation can be applied to GRP panels upon request in areas with extremely hot and extremely cold weather conditions. Thermal insulation is provided by covering the panel surface with polyurethane foam. The insulation material used does not contain CFC and HCFC. It does not harm nature.
Our GRP panels have international WRAS and CE quality certificates.
